The mission of Dent Transitional Housing Program is to instill a positive life style of respect and responsibility in young men through opportunity of education and employment.

Our vision is to be a program of hope and opportunity for homeless young men by offering a second chance at succeeding by taking one-step at a time.


COMING IN JUNE!!!! - Educating our Youth. Sat. June 1, 2013, we will begin SMARTS. involves 10 sessions to be held each Saturday in June from 5pm - 7:30pm. Sessions will be conducted by Valarie Wilson, Social Worker from the Tuscaloosa County Health Dept. The targeted ages are 13-19. Youth younger than 13 years of age can attend with parental consent. I encourage all youth to attend. Our children are overtaken by sex, drugs, and diseases due to a lack of knowledge. They need to know the truth.
