Clerk – Assist in office with answering the phone and taking messages; some typing, data entry, and filing. Making copies, assembling group session packets, assembling participant folders, and assembling agenda packets. Preparing mail outs (Lg & sm), faxing, making travel arrangements, and all other office duties.
Program Coordinator – Participate in all social service programs. Plans, develops and coordinates services with all the organizations other activities. Distribute agenda packets for meetings. Schedule location & time for meetings as requested by the Executive Director or designee. Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Program Assistant - (1) assisting with completing participant’s applications, (2) assist with preparing meals for participants, (3) assist with education scheduling and activity scheduling, (4) assist with job and housing search on the computer, (5) answering the phone, taking messages, and sending a receiving fax, (6) assigning the laundry schedule, (7) assigning week chores, (8) assembling and distributing group packages, and (9) assisting participants with scheduling appointments. Responsible for the day-to-day management of DTP ensuring adequate flow of information between the Director, Donors, and participants of the program and other staff. Responsible for the receipt of funds and security of incoming funds.
Marketing/Public Relations Director – Develops and directs all public relations and marketing issues. Manage on-line fundraisers, monthly newsletters, and web-sites. Manage advertisements and all other media marketing issues.
Development Director - All areas of event planning (Scheduling events, advertising, finding location of events, soliciting speakers and media, soliciting volunteers to work events, designing flyers & tickets, taking deposits to secure events, and all other areas of event planning).
Development Assistant – Assist the Development Director with all areas of event planning.
Transporter – Transport participants to work, school, appointments, and other approved destinations.
Accounting Clerk – Performs clerical accounting work. Duties may include reconciling accounts, posting to and balancing ledgers, preparing payroll, preparing accounting reports (quarterly reports), logging donations and fundraising resources, and all other accounting duties.
Tutor – Tutor participants in areas needed. Provide tutoring for children at TDFC Activity Center.
Volunteer Coordinator – Directs and coordinates all volunteer programs and services for the organization, such as volunteer recruitment, screening and selection, supervision and evaluation, record keeping and documentation and recognition and retention programs. Supervise volunteers.
Night Security – Provide overnight security at the shelter and other facilities.
Social Worker – Conduct rational assessments for applicants. Provides social services for participants.
Health and Safety Services – Provides training sessions in CPR, PMDB, basic first aid, disaster preparation, infection control, and all other training required.
Print Shop Operator – Responsible for filling print request and receiving payments for orders. Ordering supplies for the print shop. Reporting equipment failures and issues. Supervise Print Shop volunteers. All other duties pertaining to the print shop.
Cashier – Assist customers at TDFC Thrifty Store.
Stocker – Receive and stock donated items in designated areas at TDFC Thrifty Store.

I RELEASE DTP FROM ANY LIABILITY, INCLUDING ANY POTENTIAL CLAIM FOR DEFAMATION, CONCERNING THE COMPLETION OF MY PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK.
